The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) – Managing People – upon completing the Bachelor of Business Administration – Managing People program students will study in-depth knowledge about managing people and will cover personnel management, industrial relations and organizational behavior. Students will acquire skills to design and implement staff planning, job analysis and design, appraisal of staff performance and assessment of training needs giving students the opportunity to work in any field of human resources and managing people.
