Diploma in Hospitality & Tourism Management

The Diploma in Hospitality & Tourism Management provides students with a broad understanding of the operational aspects of the international tourism and hospitality industry and a knowledge of the underlying principles involved.  

The program combines practical career-based elements with essential management disciplines that will be invaluable as the student’s career progresses. The program provides the practicality needed for the workplace with the theory needed to advance in management roles in the hospitality and tourism industry.

Entry Requirements

  • A minimum age of 17 at enrollment.
  • Completed full-time secondary or high school education.
  • All students without English as a first language must show competence in English at a level equal to IELTS 5.5 minimum.
  • BHS SWITZERLAND can provide a set of placement tests where necessary to assess a student’s English level.
  • Students who do not satisfy the English language requirement may choose to combine this program with the English for Tourism & Hospitality qualification in order to help raise their fluency to the required level.
