Business & Hospitality School Switzerland (BHSS) utilizes the PDCA framework for continuous improvement in its educational operations.
The process starts with the “planning” phase, where objectives and processes are defined to meet stakeholder expectations and align with BHSS’ policies. The Management Team sets goals, evaluates potential risks, and develops strategies.
Following this, in the “do” phase, resources are mobilized, processes are implemented, and everyone works towards executing the plan.
In the “check” phase, the Management Team monitors and evaluates the outcomes against the objectives established during the planning phase, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure progress.
Based on the insights from the “check” phase, the management team proceeds to the “act” phase, making necessary adjustments and improvements to the processes. This phase emphasizes learning from experience and fostering continuous improvement.
