BHS SWITZERLAND can provide a set of English placement tests when necessary to assess a prospective student’s English proficiency level. Students who do not satisfy the language requirement may choose to combine their program with the English for Tourism & Hospitality qualification or English for Business qualification in order to help raise their fluency to the required level.
If visa rules from the embassy in your country demand IELTS/TOEFL/TOEIC, this must be followed.
Otherwise, BHS SWITZERLAND offers you an online, indicative English level test via Testpodium and EF. You simply need to follow the easy steps below:
- Visit www.testpodium.com or https://www.efset.org/
- Create your own log-in and password (if required by the website)
- Choose the following:
- For the testpodiumtest : select Test Level 2
- For EF test: select EF Set 50
- Complete the test online
- Send the test result to BHS SWITZERLAND’s Admissions Office at Admission@bhss.education
Upon receiving your test results, we will get back to you within 72 hours to give you feedback about your English level and your eligibility to enroll into any of BHS SWITZERLAND programs.
Please note: that as part of the visa application procedure your local Swiss Embassy requirements apply. In many cases, they will require an IELTS certification or other officially accepted English test result. These recommended tests above may not be recognized for these purposes.
